My wife was was just transferred to Complete Care for rehab yesterday after 18 days in the hospital. When we arrived at least 5 people greeted her at the door and welcomed her and said they were glad we had chosen to come to them for her care and that their number one mission was to get her strong enough and confident enough and instructed to be able to safely return home where she really wanted to be! My wife had never been to a skilled nursing facility before and didn’t know what to expect so she was very anxious! The 2 supervisor nurses that we met; Ashley and Henry went way above and beyond our expectations to try calm her fears and make her feel safe! We met a number of CNAs that went out of their way to help her! The physical therapist came in for the initial assessment she really believed that she could help my wife get home safely and in a reasonable time frame! The food was very good and more like a restaurant than a nursing facility! I was confident that we made the right decision to go there and we would be happy with her care and outcome!
