This facility needs updating. The heating and air units in each room are dilapidated. Either your toilet clogs or the sink. My other safety concern is if there was an emergency how they get patients out on second and third floors if the elevators are out of commission. Next is nursing, much to be desired. I was told by one that they were just pill pushers. Therapy is one size fits all. You do it like this because. No room for individuality. Food is never served hot. Forget it. Beverages are all served warm. Even milk. 😝 The food is mediocre. Some staff are nice, others you wish you never met. Do research. If you need serious nursing or rehab I'd consider other options. Two stars only because some aids try.

Overall, I am very happy with the care and experience of my parents has been at the Renaissance. I am grateful of Maya, Marsha, and Ava, and Letticia. I apologize if I have misspelled any names. My mom is now on hospice and everyone has been very helpful as we go through this tough time. I do think you should offer more choices for the memory unit. My mom moved there to give her more care. She is very with it but often said all the food is repetitive. I have been there a lot lately to help care for my mom. Everyone is great and will try their best to help me help her. I am glad I convinced my parents to go here years ago as in general, it has been very good experience. I really appreciate Laura who does the devotions and she has been great lately with my mom's final days upon us. I also want to mention TJ...her adopted grandson and his mom(I'm sorry I forget her name) but she came by the other day with her dog. It is good to know my mom is well loved and has been taken care of well overall.
