Visited my mother for a bit recently, initial appearance of the park is tidy. Majority of the lots and trailers are well taken care of. The pool area offers a resort style feeling with an outdoor fire pit, bbq area, with plenty of tables/ chairs/ umbrellas to use. Even though I'm not 55+ residents were very welcoming

This place has outrageous lot rent. It's not worth it. It will be $1,000 a month before long. Run away from here and buy a house anywhere but this place.
