STOP!! before you go any further with placing a human being in this building. DON'T. There is NOTHING good about this place to report. wear a mask....... NOT FOR COVID but for the piss/mold smell that greets you at the door............. Dated and dirty and poor quality staffing From admin to maintenance. The quality of care is -40! There have been MANY issues in the short time my Auntie has been in this facility. The issues were so bad we had to move her to another facility after a few short months of being there, We gave them chance after chance to correct the problems and they claim they will and don't. Food is left for the resident who cannot feed herself. She is unattended in and has been found hunched over in the chair, room not cleaned, food is horrid, staff is unbothered by any concerns. The patients needs are irrelevant to the agency staff and inhouse staff. Nurses spend more time on the phone than on the floor. Medications are never on time. and the list is endless. I am baffled at how this place is still in operation. THERE IS STRENGTH IN NUMBERS AND WE ALL NEED TO BE PROACTIVE AND ADVOCATE FOR OUR LOVED ONES. lets NOT put them in danger, and that means lets not put them HERE!

I wish i could rate this place a zero. This place should be shut down. I was recently discharged from there after having knee surgery. I'm 47 yrs old, obviously the youngest patient there and the staff acted like I could do everything by myself because of my age but obviously I was there for a reason. The staff is horrible I was there for 5 days and only had 2 good aids. 2nd and third shift was the worst. I'm only touch toe weight bearing and fall risk. One aid on 3rd almost dropped my foot, one girl helped me in the bathroom then went in the room then just left me there. I waited like 10 minutes for someone to answer the bathroom call light. Another 2nd shift incident I had to teach and aid how to fold up a wheelchair and a walker. As an ex aid myself this is normally part of your training. I also had to explain to almost almost the whole staff how to empty and fill my ice machine. Really? This is supposed to be a rehab unit this should be part of training. I had another aid not even know what a basin is. One day I waited 3 hours for Tylenol, I even wheeled myself to the nurse's station and all she said is she'll be there. I didn't get it till 2nd shift came in. Then still waited like 20 minutes for it. My roommate kept asking to get out of bed, she's a hoyer lift. They never got her up, one aid said it's too hard. That is not a good reason. The food is horrible, and one meal i had hair in my pasta. I used doordash most of the time. The place smells. All house keeping did was change the garbage, my bed only got made the day I left and she never changed the linen cause I was in the room watching her. My roommate's bed never got changed. I was out in the hallway a lot and I can tell that people here are neglected. There's definitely not enough staff, which is the case in every nursing home but this one is using agency staffing that has no clue in what they're doing in their job. I'm gonna end with please don't send your loved ones here.

Jan 31 2026 my brother-in-law was in a wheel chair from 1:15 in the afternoon till 10:15 at night. 9 hrs in a wheelchair.he fell asleep and fell and hit his head and had stretches on his eye brow.st Luke's for 3 days .he had an MRI because they thought there could be blood on the brain.it turned out negative Today Feb 4 2026 I Jerald sandler requested a copy of an incident report .theytold me they would not give me or Doreen a report .it's internal .the request was at 3:30 pm.then I told the nurse supervisor,do I have to have an attorney come down for paper work.she said I don't know if a lawyer will get paperwork either .the I went to ask a guy with a beard ,next office from Joanne and he yelled at me and told to get out.also I talked to Joanne who handles finance on Tuesday on the phone .I asked her if she heard about Paul falling .she said he's not shy.He should have called somebody to put him to bed.paul has one leg congestive heart failure and very bad kidneys .he fell one asleep.We received a phone call at 11pm Jan 31 2026 .they told us of the accident.im,now forced to retain a lawyer,call the reporting abuse.He is also a retired Navy vet .I'm now going to the new Bedford police dept to share my concerns

My mother was at this facility for 10 days for rehab. This facility is awful. I would never recommend it to anyone. The food was horrible and lacking in nutrition. I needed to bring my mother food in order for her to have a healthy meal. The patients rooms are outdated and in need of remodeling . They never clean the rooms unless you ask. The entrance & hallways smell of urine and mold. When using the call button , staff members were uncaring and never showed up in a timely manner. CNA’s & staff members need more training. They show no concern for the patients. The only positive thing was my mom had 2 nurses that were attentive & caring. 😞

Do yourself and anyone you care about a favor and never send them to this facility!!! Nothing but negative experiences from day one. I can almost justify the numerous calls going unanswered because OK, you’re busy and understaffed, but to receive a call from the facility notifying me that a police report had to be filed against two CNA workers while working with my loved one is completely unacceptable. Needless to say my loved one was removed immediately from this facility!!
