Family experiences at the community divide sharply. Some families consistently praise the clinical and support staff, nurses, therapists, CNAs, and administrative teams, for attentiveness and genuine care, with one family noting the therapy team was "phenomenal." Place needs alot of improvement. Look at state rating ( 1 star ) before putting love ones here. It changed to vantage. Worst company ever.

Not at all like the Jewish home. Large amount of agency nurses. Staff morale very low. What needs to get done does not get done. Place clean though and for the most part food good but has recently declining portions. Snacks with meds ran out to lucky to get saltine cracker. Half cup coffee and lucky to get cream. Feed diabetics unbelievable amount of sugar.

Although the name has changed to Vantage the facility is still great , nothing has changed . From the nurse Erin, supervisor Leroy , and DON David we couldn’t have been more pleased with the level of care provided to my Fil even though it was a short stay ( he was just too depressed and missed my Mil) , so we brought him home . They were attentive , kind, and took great care of him while he was there . Erin is amazing , we need more nurses like her , she truly advocated for her pts , which is great to see . The place may be old but it is very clean! Let me not forget the amazing house keeping Absolutely lovely, very attentive. Let’s not forget housekeeping is part of the team. They are not just a housekeeper that bothers me when that’s how they refer to themselves as they are a very important part of the healthcare team!

All the staff and management were great. The care I received here helped me get back home to my family. The therapy team was phenomenal and Gail The unit manager helped with whatever I needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place for short term rehab.

I need to let others know that the staff is wonderful! They are caring, loving and great listeners. They are all hard working, caring people from the the cleaning staff, laundry, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, CNA's, Activity staff, Social workers, nurses and all the behind the scenes staff, that get you rides and handle all the other activities we just don't think about. Thank you, thank you, thank you. It is the best nursing, convalescent, rehab I have ever been in(and I've been in a lot). I hope that whoever had to work today, that they are shown extra love!! Thank you for putting up with me when I came from surgery & my attitude was drug induced! You all knew how to look past that person and I'm grateful for that!! Sharon Miranda
