Harvest Homes Assisted Living & Memory Care is a multi-level care community in Portland, Oregon, located in the St. Johns neighborhood of North Portland near the St. Johns Bridge. Operating since 1965 on 2.5 acres, the community provides both assisted living and memory care services.

The physical environment emphasizes comfort and connection to nature. The community features airy, light-filled communal spaces with cozy seating areas, an atrium-like dining room and sunroom with floor-to-ceiling windows, a chapel for services and reflection, and expansive gardens with native plants where residents can stroll, garden, and enjoy views of the nearby Willamette River.

Care at Harvest Homes is organized around individualized, relationship-based service. The staff takes time to know each resident's medical history and background, with an emphasis on fostering belonging and ensuring residents feel included. The community received a deficiency-free survey from the Oregon Department of Human Services in March 2025 and holds Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval for Assisted Living Accreditation as of September 2025, the first assisted living community in Oregon to receive this accreditation.

The community maintains an intergenerational environment through an on-site preschool and partnerships with the University of Portland's School of Nursing. Residents have access to home-cooked meals, on-campus church services, activities programming, and gardens for outdoor enjoyment. The community allows pets and includes a kitchen where residents can prepare food with family members.
