Best dementia program hands down. The competition place all levels of dementia together and run into multiple issues. HV places these same residents into different groups based on their current cognitive deficits. Programs are geared towards current abilities because not everyone is the same. A much better model for a smoother transition of your loved one into community living.

Harmony Village at Careone Hanover is an amazing community. The environment itself is beautiful, clean and thoughtfully designed but it's really the people who make the place special. The executive director and DON go above and beyond for the residents. The caregivers are very compassionate and caring. The medical team is efficient, responsive to concerns and make sure residents feel comfortable. Overall, I noticed that the leadership and staff work together to create a warm supportive community where residents feel valued and care for. I would absolutely recommend Harmony Village at CareOne of Hanover to anyone looking for a community that is guided by strong leadership and a truly dedicated care team.

I recently visited CareOne at Harmony Village in Hanover and was really impressed. The facility was clean, bright, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff I interacted with were friendly, professional, and attentive to the residents, which made a great impression.<br>It was nice to see residents engaged in activities and socializing, creating a sense of community rather than just a care setting. The overall environment felt safe and well-organized, and you can tell that the staff genuinely care.<br>Overall, it gave me peace of mind knowing this is a place where people are treated with dignity and compassion. I would definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a memory care facility for a loved one.
