Sunrise of Madison is a cozy & quaint, assisted-living facility, nestled beautifully, offset from the road in the heart of the sweet town of Madison. Upon visiting here, you will often find residents and families hanging out in the common areas together. You are always greeted by the lovely staff and happy residents. A testament to a great community is not only how kind & caring the staff is, but how happy the people that live here are. From Robert in administration, Amanda and Jordan in admissions, Lily in nursing, and Jessie and his activities team, they all work so diligently and efficiently together to provide the highest quality of care. Everyone who comes here is always met with kindness and immediately can feel how much they care about the people in this community.

Between various relatives I have had extensive experience with senior care facilities in the Morristown NJ area. Sunrise of Madison is, as others have accurately noted, long on initial charm and extremely short on compassionate care or business principles. I removed a loved one to a nearby facility after 6 weeks of double talk and heartless treatment behind closed doors and never looked back. Beware. Their memory unit is truly a snake pit. It resembles a zoo. There are far, far better places. If I could give zero stars I would.

Sunrise of Madison is such a warm and inviting community. They welcomed my family with patience and provide its residents with consistent and top notch care. I highly recommend anyone checking out this community for their loved one.
