I have had many experience with rehab facilities but nothing can compare to CareOne at Somerset Valley. I drove over 40 minutes each way because my mother wanted to be close to my father. At first I thought it was going to be a lot to visit my father but it was all worth it. Between the rehab team and the medical team, they made gave my father the best care I could have ever asked for. The building was always clean and my father is a picky eater but he did not have any problems eating the food there. I would recommend everyone go here for their loved ones needs. Kudos to all of the staff who cared for my father.

This is a wonderful subacute that gives great care. There is an Assisted Living in the building for patients to do a short respite stay or make it their permanent home. Having a subacute on the same campus gives families a peace of mind. What makes Care One Somerset Valley so special is the Staff. The Team goes over and beyond to make sure their residents, patients, and families are are in the know at all times. Safety and care are a top priority. I highly recommend Care One Somerset Valley if you are looking for a subacute or assisted living.

I’ve had several very positive experiences with this community. I am a healthcare professional that has recommended this community on many occasions for sub acute rehabilitation after a hospital stay or for their specialized memory care program and Assisted Living. The care is top notch and the staff are extremely caring and compassionate. A very warm and nurturing environment. I highly recommend.

I had the pleasure to visit a Resident at Care One at Somerset recently . From the food to the overall cleanliness of the building to the Staff to the activities was just wonderful. The Residents seemed to really enjoy the activities they were doing and it was so nice to see the smiles on all their faces. They were a happy bunch of Seniors. It is a very special place.

I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with this team regularly. They are always professional, responsive, and supportive. They take pride in the environment and care they provide, the building is clean and well kept, and the PT team does an excellent job supporting patients in their recovery. It’s always a positive experience working with this team and the families they serve!
