My mom has been a resident at Care One Jackson for four years. The staff is wonderful and attentive, my mom has bonded with a few of the nurses and aids that provide her care. A few that stand out are Liz, Lucy, Tracy, Forest Jean, CheeChee, Pam and Bernie. Recently I experienced an issue within the unit where my mom is and addressed it with Beth Rigatti Executive Director at Harmony Village Jackson. I am happy to say that she worked with me to resolve the issue within a timely manner with a positive outcome for my mom and our family, I am grateful for the attention we received from Care One.

My father spent his last months in the care of the folks at Harmony Village at CareOne Jackson. I am thankful that we found them. I slept better each night knowing that he was in the care of the staff there. The care he received there was spectacular. They treated him not so much like a patient but like he was family. That's the atmosphere there. They kept me informed at all times of any changes in my father's health when I arrived I was greeted warmly and the staff knew me. They always went above and beyond in the care of all their residents. If you have a loved one that needs memory care I can think of no where better to place them.

I was the owner of a home health care business and had many customers that resided in assisted living facilities. It was extremely important to me that I was able to speak with the staff regarding the patients that I was hired to look after. When you find a person that is truly caring and willing to go that extra mile to make life a little bit easier for our seniors, you need to give them the acknowledgement that they deserve. Charles Tafuri is the most wonderful and caring man that I have had dealt with. I wish there would be more outstanding workers like Charles Tafuri in these facilities!!

A Truly Special Place I can’t say enough wonderful things about Harmony Village (CareOne) at Jackson. Their dedication to helping residents with dementia reconnect with their personalities and with their families is truly remarkable. My mother absolutely thrived during her time there. We saw a happiness in her that we thought had been lost and those moments meant everything to us. The themed activities were incredible and brought so much joy to everyone involved. A special thank you shout out to Recreation Team for making Family Days so meaningful and fun. From the Super Bowl to the Celebration of Love to Mardi Gras- the creativity, decorations were perfect and staff even dressed in character making every event unforgettable. Most importantly, they help bring the residents' personalities back to life- giving precious memories to forever cherish. I am deeply grateful to Harmony Village for making my mother’s final days so meaningful, joyful and filled with LOVE!

Harmony Village at CareOne Jackson is a beautiful community with a warm and welcoming environment. The staff are caring, attentive, and truly dedicated to the well-being of the residents. It’s clear the team works hard to create a supportive and comfortable place for those who live there.
