I had a very disappointing experience at CareOne at Hamilton while visiting a friend. During my visit, I witnessed the Director of Culinary Services, Bernadette, speaking to employees in a way that came across as disrespectful and unprofessional. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and was upsetting to see, especially in a place where residents and their families expect kindness and respect.<br><br>I also received Bernadette's business card, which confirmed her role. Watching a manager treat employees this way made me question the work environment and the overall quality of care provided. I also observed her being mean to the front desk employees, which only added to my concerns about the workplace culture. Staff should be treated with respect, and that positive environment should extend to residents, visitors, and every member of the team.<br><br>I hope CareOne at Hamilton takes concerns like this seriously and works to improve professionalism, respect, and leadership throughout the facility.
