I wanted to call out Jeanine S who is the Director for the Rehab floor for her outstanding assistance she has provided and the level of care she shows for the families of loved ones in the facility. She is a super star and is a true example of what healthcare leadership should be.<br>The overall staff caring for my mother has done a very good job addressing her needs and helping her through this difficult time.

Terrible Terrible experience. Staff literally laughing and joking at symptoms of patients. No care being shown. Be very careful sending your loved ones here

I think this place is awful I have photos of staff sleeping and after visiting with my mom no one checked on her in 4 hours can’t wait to get her out of here

Non existent nursing care! Every single day this week they were soaking wet and filthy. Nurses act completely clueless (and I’m a nurse-it’s an embarrassment to the profession!) NO communication between PT and nursing. My parent had a stroke and can’t use their left side or see on that side and they consistently put the call bell on that side. Was told they would switch her room yesterday and that wasn’t done either. Really, the worst care I’ve ever seen! Avoid! I wish I did.
