We have just passed the one year mark since my Mother's death. Memories have flooded into my mind. I am so glad her last days were filled with love and compassion at your facility. The staff were always kind. It was also wonderful that Lori Sargent, my niece worked there and was able to help in caring for her grandmother in her final days. My mom is currently receiving help from them, and we have utmost appreciation for the caregivers they send and the thorough screening process they conduct. They helped navigate our insurance questions and steered us in the right direction. The care they are providing is exceptional, and the constant communication is a huge relief. The staff managed everything skillfully, exceeding expectations during a challenging time for our family. Complete Competent Care puts in the extra effort handling various situations. We highly recommend them to anyone needing care for their loved ones. They are a very professional and helpful company. In our time of need during a desperate situation, they showed complete understanding and compassion. Not only did they meet our needs, but they truly went the extra mile to ensure my mom is receiving the best care possible.

Complete Competent Care is a very professional and helpful company. Currently my mother in law has help from them and we have nothing but high praise to whom they send and the time they take to vet anyone they send so quickly . They assist with our insurance questions and guide is in all the right directions. My father-in-law was cared for in 2022 and the exceptional care he was provided and the communication we were provide all the time was a tremendous help.We were in a health situation in our own family that also needed our attention and Donna and they staff took over everything and went above and beyond during a transition of care takers during the holiday season and they completely understood all that was needed. Sharon, Donna and all of the staff go the extra mile dealing with all kinds of situations. We strongly recommend them to anyone that needs care.

I don't have enough kind words to say about Complete Competent Care! They go above and beyond to be as helpful as possible! Before I called them, I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. Donna went out of her way to help me and found Tanya, who was available on short notice over Easter weekend. Tanya was amazing! She was kind and thorough, and my mom was very happy with her. Thank you Donna and Sharon for the excellent care your agency provided my dad. This team never let us down. If someone was off, Donna got the shift covered. Sharon was always on top of the needs of my dads and made sure the aides were well informed. Compared to other agencies, there is no comparison. Amber and Maria , our home health care aides was amazing and wonderful ! I would highly recommend this agency to anyone.
