I had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of rehab or skilled nursing care. The nursing staff was excellent. They were very kind and attentive and very focused on meeting every need. They respond very quickly to every need. Therapy was also amazing. The therapist were incredibly helpful and played a huge role in helping me get back to my feet. The food was great with amazing meal choices. They also had a good variety of items off the menu. Everything is and was enjoyable. The activity programs were wonderful. I enjoyed all programs they had to offer. We had a good times spending time outside talking and laughing. The jewelry making was my favorite. The overall staff was outstanding. Everyone was super sweet knowledgeable and clearly knew what they were doing. They made the overall experience comfortable and positive.

I cannot say enough good things about CareOne in Holmdel. My mother was a shortterm patient for a month following a leg infection. A family member was present from sunrise to sunset daily without witnessing a single issue. We ended up building connections with other patients who also had nothing but positive things to say. From the moment you enter reception, Ginny and Pike are happy to help and accommodate anyway they can. The dinning staff were nothing but friendly and accommodating and provided everything we could need or want. Sarah, the dietician, is an absolute rockstar. She works round the clock, goes above and beyond and it just an exceptionally wonderful person. Mary and Gladys on the nursing staff were perfect. They were there when we needed them and ensured us and our loved one had everything needed. Emily and Gemma on the PT OT team were excellent with our mother. They learned what worked for her, and pushed her to do better and go further. We were so happy with how they talked to her and worked with her. They really made mom feel safe. All the staff did a wonderful job with all daily activities as well. Truly made my mom feel comfortable and at home. After 30 days here, we never encountered a single unfriendly staff member. We are so grateful to the staff for all their help. Only thing to note is, maintenance really should address and clean the HVAC system and potential mold remediation in the ceilings. With flat roofs throughout and a drop ceiling, we're fairly confident there could an issue under the ceiling tiles.

Everyone was very kind and welcoming, from the aides and nurses to the therapy staff. I really enjoyed participating in physical therapy and the many activities offered. Some of my favorite activities were cooking with Nina and crafts with Debbie and attending a Zumba class. I also appreciated being able to come to the dining room for meals, order from the menu, and be served by the staff. The housekeeping team does a thorough job and works very hard to keep everything clean and comfortable. During my stay, I met many wonderful people and made great connections.

My 89-year old father spent almost three months rehabbing at CareOne from a traumatic fall. This provided me with ample time to observe and experience in depth every aspect of CareOne. Hard to express in words the exceptional service, care and warmth that entire CareOne team delivered. Every day, when we visited our father, we were always greeted by the warm smile and friendliness of Virginia (Ginny) at the front desk. She was always engaged, ready to help and connect us to all facets of CareOne services. The nursing staff especially Mary, Dana and Pakau were very caring, patient and engaged in care of my father. Always listened and acted on my father’s concerns. They were comforting, confident and alleviated our anxiety. The rehab team of therapists Gina, Gemma and Jamie were exceptional! Can’t emphasize this enough. They accelerated my father’s recovery with tailored physical, occupational and cognitive therapies. Finally, Sarah and Marcia went over and above in meeting my father’s vegetarian and diabetic diet. They provided a daily variety of vegetarian protein and low carb entrees. The room was spacious and the facilities were very clean. The leadership and administrative staff - Samantha, Dana, Detchin - were highly engaged and routinely met us through multidisciplinary “care conferences” to provide timely and continual updates. All in all, I cannot thank CareOne enough for their gold standard service and care!

The staff at CareOne are all absolutely incredible. You can’t find a more caring, attentive, and communicative staff for a rehab center than at CareOne Holmdel. My grandma was there for a short time and received the best care possible. The staff always made sure I was aware of her condition and next steps. I never had to question anything. Would absolutely recommend.
