My mother was just released from a short term stay at the facility and her stay was pleasant. I have no complaints about her care or the staff. I would recommend this facility to friends and other family members.

The staff was so inattentive to the patients there. Our personal items were lost, instead of send out prescriptions home with her, they gave her 10 new prescriptions that we were supposed to get filled. No one returned phone calls and blamed the transportation company of not delivering everything. This place is NOT a compassionate, exceptional place at all. I would not recommend you putting your loved ones there.

Astounding lack of empathy and compassion. Was berated over the phone by the team caring for a relative whom I live hours away from and cannot provide for their care. Was told “you and your family are the problem”. Gross lack of professionalism and horribly abusive language directed at family member of patient who was only seeking guidance and support and was told that’s not what they do here. Do not recommend.

My husband was at this facility March 2026. He was there for skill nursing after his facture hip operation. He also had Parkinson and he had side effects from the surgery which cause for him to have cognitive deficits. The nursing staff did not help in maintaining his cognitive status. They did not give the medication that was ordered by neurologist from previous hospital and did not inform me or my husband that it was not given. I found out 2 days later and there reasoning was it is too expensive. This caused him to have more disorientation. The nursing staff did not come and ask if he needs to use the urinal or bathroom at any time. They prefer to put on incontinent pad and then change it every shift. He needed assist with meals and that was not happening very well. I would come every day to be there for his meals. I walked in on OT therapist who left him with no dentures in his mouth and he had food in his mouth. She just walked out of the room and passed me to say the CNA is coming to help him. There is no communication between therapists and nursing. It took me 2 days before I was able to talked to nursing manager and the social worker. I requested a transfer to another facility and that took over week because they would not send the correct information and was not communicating with the other facility. They also did not respond to a patient who walked out of the building. He had cognitive deficits and he walked out of the building . The alarm went off and no one responded.. I was in my husband's room and saw the resident was walking away from the building. I was able to call him back in and took him to the nursing station. Again no staff was concern . I told him he just walked out of the building. They just comment to him he should not be going out the door. I would not recommend this facility for someone with cognitive issues. If you are totally oriented and you need some short time therapy then you probably will benefit. I was there daily to help my husband to maintain his orientation and maintain his mobility status.
