We’re grateful for Harmony at Waldorf for the level of care, patience, and kindness they’ve shown to our parents and us. We are most especially grateful for Katina Butler who has gone above and beyond, by leaps and bounds to assist our family with transitioning our parents from their home to this beautiful community where they can live life to the fullest of their ability. Ms. Butler is a one-in-a-million rock star! Ms. Butler answered every phone call and email with her full attention and care. She always made time for us (even when we showed up without an appointment) and always treated us like we were her only clients. She was always in a good mood and happy to help us. She always greeted us with a smile. She remembered little nuances about my parents and their needs that would help them feel comfortable. I believe she has a true gift for the work she performs, and I’m so grateful for her. Moreover, we love the atmosphere at Harmony, the modern yet traditional decor is relaxing, clean, and inviting. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and I know that’s not always easy with the level of work they all perform. We just wanted to let them and everyone reading this review know how much we love Katina Butler and we love Harmony. We look forward to having a long and joyful relationship with them and cannot thank them enough for everything they have done!

BEWARE!!!! I toured Harmony at Waldorf and loved the place. It is shiny and new. The rooms are adequate size for one person. My experience went down hill when I put down a FULLY refundable deposit. After the medical staff completed their assessment of my loved one and we decided the total cost was out of our budget, the executive director at Harmony began to ignore my calls about refunding my FULLY refundable deposit. It has been over 30 days and I am still waiting. I have called, sent emails and still no response from her. As beautiful as the facility is that is taken away by the unprofessional and shady business practices. I would not recommend Harmony as this is a sign as to how families will be treated in the future with communication styles and professionalism. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR MONEY until you are 100% sure this is were you want to be and even if you move forward stay on top of them. Good Luck!

Excellent amenities, community resources, services, and phenomenal staff. Katina Butler did a stellar presentation on our tour of the community. The importance of community living using the "age in place model" is innovative and fully places the care and needs of the residents first. What a great place to have in Southern MD for our senior community.

If you are in need of senior citizens home assistance THIS IS THE PLACE!! The staff are so family oriented toward the residents at the facility. The care in detail is hands down 5 star! Day and nighttime staff are incredible. My aunt who resides here have made here feel like home. Harmony at Waldorf Has done Made a special mark on my aunt and me here in Waldorf. Big thank you!!
