Harmony at Enterprise looks beautiful and presents nicely. The staff who interact with my mom on a day to day are friendly. The issues come with the higher staff, management and corporate. We have had consistent issues since she moved in with missed medications, cleanliness, food, and general comfort. We pay for promised services that are not provided. Any communication you can drag out of them is poor, with serious requests being brushed off. We have filed two complaints with the Office of Healthcare Quality (both found to be valid) and are filing a third for current ongoing issues. We do not recommend or trust the lack of leadership here. Assisted living is supposed to take burden off the family, not increase it.

My mom has lived in the assisted living at Harmony at Enterprise for 1.5 years and we have had serious issues since literally Day 1. Missed medication, months without sheet changes, 9+ months of HVAC issues that leave her room temp in the high 80s with no planned repair or corrective action or communication from Harmony. We have had to report Harmony to the state twice, and both times the state found serious deficiencies.

We toured the facility as we were looking to enhance the quality of life of our loved one. We worked with the Senior Director of Sales & Marketing who conducted a tour of the facility. The facility looked great, we chose a unit and they accepted our loved one. They forwarded paperwork to be completed. I reached back out to the Senior Director of Sales & Marketing as I had questions about the paperwork, wanting to ensure accurate completion and to pick a move-in date. The Senior Director of Sales & Marketing NEVER to this day responded to my phone calls, email or text mesages! Here we are ready to pay the required fees and such, never to hear from her again. I found this to be disrespectful, poor/shady business practices, unprofessional, unethical and unprincipled. Who conducts business this way? If something changed, or they sold the unit to to somebody else or there was a legitimate reason for not moving forward, the proper and professional thing to do is COMMUNICATE. Again, who conducts business like this? At the end of the day, I know we dodged a bullet, if this is how they conduct business, I must assume it is representative of the type of care, lack of compassion and/or response time they would provide my loved one. I have definitely told others of my experience as they were considering Harmony as an option. My experience makes me believe the other negative reviews that speak about a lack of care for the residents. Looking for a place to secure your loved one at a critical stage in their life is a very serious and emotional decision. Needless to say I totally would not recommend a property with persons in position who do not understand the importance of follow up, who do not value professional communication and do not have the decency to return messages. The fact that I was chasing them to give them money says it all! Shame on Harmony at Enterprise in Bowie, MD. Why be in the business of caring for seniors if you do not take that responsibility seriously. Prime example of pretty on the outside doesn't always translate to pretty on the inside.

Harmony at Enterprise has provided a steady and supportive environment for my father over the past two years in memory care. The staff is attentive, compassionate, and communication has been consistent. Overall, we appreciate the care and sense of safety they provide for residents and families.

Harmony Enterprise is an amazing place to live. The community is full of amazing staff and people. My experience at Harmony I feel safe and comfortable in an atmosphere that is beautiful, clean and smell fresh all the time. I am so happy to be here with with friendly staff making my living experience delightful and entertaining. We have so many activities to attend make senior citizens life fun and safe.
