The family is very happy and more than satisfied with all aspects of my mom's care, food and living space at Harmony at Spring Hill. The staff are extremely friendly, attentive and really go the extra mile for the residents. Unlike other places, Harmony is not looking to constantly find ways to increase the resident's fees. The feeling is that Harmony's top priority is truly the resident. We are very pleased.

Choosing an assisted living community for a loved one is one of the most difficult and emotional decisions a family can make. From the very beginning, the team at Harmony at Spring Hill made us feel supported, welcomed, and reassured that we were making the right choice.<br><br>A special thank you to Zach, who guided us through the tour and registration process. He was incredibly patient, understanding, and compassionate during this challenging transition. He took the time to answer all of our questions, listened to our concerns, and helped make a difficult decision feel a little easier.<br><br>The front desk team—Brittany, Marsha, and Glenda—are absolutely outstanding. They always greet us with warm smiles and genuine care. What means the most is that they know our loved one by name and make us feel like family every time we walk through the doors.<br><br>We would also like to recognize Ishmael from the nursing staff. He is always warm, friendly, and smiling. His positive attitude and caring nature are evident in every interaction and bring comfort to both residents and families.<br><br>Crystal and Fifi deserve special recognition for the wonderful entertainment and activities they provide. Their enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication help create a vibrant and engaging environment that residents can truly enjoy.<br><br>Finally, a heartfelt thank you to Yovanna from the housekeeping team. She is always smiling, ready to help, and incredibly thorough. Her attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment do not go unnoticed.<br><br>It truly takes a special team to care for residents and support their families. We are grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and kindness shown by everyone at Harmony at Spring Hill. Thank you for helping make a difficult transition a positive experience for our loved one and our family.

Although my Mom has only been a resident at Harmony Assisted Living for about two months, it was been a great experience for her. The staff has been very welcoming and caring as have the other residents. My Mom's room has been kept very clean and anytime I have visited, I have felt comfortable, my Mom was there. This is the third Assisted Living facility my Mom has been a resident over the past 12 or so years and it is by far the best on all levels. The activities that the residents are offered have been outstanding. On several occasions during my visits, I have enjoyed musical entertainment in the afternoons and I have been very impressed with the level of talent Harmony has brought in. I have also dined with my Mom several times and the food has been outstanding. Equally outstanding has been the Director of Sales, Kimberly Anderson-Felga. She has gone out of way on numerous occasions to solve issues and to be of service in any way possible. She has always shown kindness and caring that goes way beyond any expectation.
