I highly recommend Home Instead-Annandale because the caregivers have been so kind and all of the employees ensure that he receives the best care, while being extremely knowledgeable and providing expertise in this area. My dad is currently receiving caregiving services and we are so fortunate to be working with Home Instead-Annandale. As mentioned, the caregivers are kind, patient, gentle, and provide exceptional care for my dad and I trust that he is in good hands. Additionally, everyone in the office has been so helpful and genuinely want to help families find the right fit and provide exceptional care. We feel my dad is in the best hands with Home Instead and are so appreciative for all of the help and support from the entire office. I would highly recommend working with them!

The 5-star reviews are completely justified! While we ended up going a different avenue for long-term care for our loved one, I strongly recommend Home Instead as the first place to start if you are looking for in-home care. My conversations with Pamela Phillips were incredibly helpful, informative, and she demonstrated a real passion for the work that her team conducts. I spoke to a few other potential providers and am confident we made the right decision with Home Instead.

The professionalism, dedication and compassion of the nurses and caretakers from Home Instead made all the difference in improving the home care and quality of life for my elderly father and his wife, who suffers from Alzheimer's. The entire situation proved to be more challenging than anyone anticipated, but Home Instead bent over backwards to not only bring all resources to bear, but also help us make the difficult transition to moving them into a senior living community where higher levels of support would be available. I cannot recommend this agency enough, especially if you are supporting a family member with dementia, with which this team is very experienced and knowledgeable.

We've used Home Instead Annandale Virginia for 3 years for home aide/personal care services for my disabled Mom whenever we had to travel for work or church. They have always been good at scheduling and provided skilled nurses. Some nurses were better than others but overall they did a wonderful job in getting my Mom up using her lift, bathing, dressing, changing and washing linen, light housekeeping, making sure she took her meds. Laura McKay would always come by the first shift with the home aide to make introductions and to make sure they had instructions on how to use my Mom's lift. This definitely put us at ease as my Mom is paralyzed due to a stroke. They even tried their best to schedule nurses that were pet friendly as we have a little dog in the home. I only wish they took insurance but overall we've been very pleased with them and look forward to using their services again.

Office staff is highly professional and organized and doing a great job finding the right fit for our family. In-home staff has been great, understanding how to connect with my mom and introducing interventions in a way that she is able and willing to receive. Very grateful to have connected with Home Instead!
