My 86-year-old mother who lives with us in a downstairs apartment was hospitalized 7 times in a period of 4 months. She has several chronic conditions and, after her last stay, was bed-ridden due to weakness and de-conditioning. We had utilized a rehab center after one of her hospitalizations, but they were not equipped to care for her multiple needs, and she ended up bag in the hospital from there with pulmonary edema. In November after her latest hospital stay, we decided it would be best to have someone come and help her in her home as she worked her way back to being able to stand and walk. We chose Thrive at Home for that care. We were extremely pleased with the care that she received. The caregivers were knowledgeable and kind.We started with 12 hours per day and gradually dropped hours as she was able to become more independent and back to her old self. After a couple of months of care along with PT and OT from another home health company, my mother was able to recover and is now nearly back to her old level of independence with only my occasional help. Everyone at Thrive at Home was helpful, always checking to see what we needed and how it was going, the nurse who evaluated her was clear and took a lot of time to understand my mother's many health issues, and the caregivers were reliable and able to bathe her and take care of her when she was at a very low point in her life. I would not hesitate to call them again if my mother needs help in the future.

Thrive At Home has been providing excellent care to Mom since she suffered a stroke. The caregiver team has been wonderful with helping Mom with daily tasks, but also aiding in her recovery, through activities, exercise and conversation. They have been very good about communicating anything that might be relevant to Mom's health and care, via a daily log, but also direct communication when something falls outside of the norm. Ali has been phenomenally proactive, checking in on a regular basis to ensure that we are happy with the care being provided, and always sure to inquire if there is anything more we need and asking if there are any ways they can improve their services. The scheduling team has provided great communication, letting us know the caregiver schedule in advance and always quick to ask if we need anything else. I cannot stress the high level of communication they provide. That communication let's me know they care greatly for each patient (and their family) and that provides comfort to us that Mom is in good hands.

I have worked with Thrive at Home over several years now with multiple caregivers and have found the caregivers to be dependable, kind and hardworking. The office staff and nurses are accessible and helpful. I highly recommend based on my many good experiences!

The staff is extremely helpful, warm, friendly, and also highly professional. They ask all the right questions, answer all your important questions, and follow up regularly to make sure everything is working well. For me, what's most important are the quality of the home caregivers who are excellent and amazing. They take the time, effort, and care to do things the right way mainly for my father, who is their client, but also for family like me. Thrive At Home is an awesome company that specialize in providing home caregiving to seniors. That's why I believe they are the best at doing it!

From the moment I called Thrive At Home to inquire about getting in-home health care for my mother-in-law, I was impressed. They were kind, caring and supportive, plus a wealth of information. They had a nurse out to see my mother-in-law to do an assessment the very same day, and a caregiver was lined up for the next day. We ended up needing a lot more care than we had anticipated, not only in-home, but also at the hospital and at a rehab center. Thrive At Home has been incredibly responsive, even finding a caregiver on very short notice. The really nice thing is that Thrive At Home puts an emphasis on the continuity of having the same caregiver, and that has been a blessing to my mother-in-law to be able to form a relationship with them. I cannot say enough about the wonderful caregivers. They have all been extremely devoted to their job, they are so compassionate, they have a lot of experience, and the care they give is high quality. Our family is so comfortable with the caregivers, it gives us peace of mind that my mother-in-law is being so well-cared for. I would highly recommend Thrive At Home to anyone who is in the need of in-home health care.
