The self guided tour was excellent. They had a nice welcoming group when we arrived. The entire event was very well done.

My parents moved into the assisted living at Harmony at Glasgow 10 months ago after I took the tour and recommended Harmony to them.<br>At first everything seemed to be going fine.<br>The first couple of weeks the staff kept forgetting to do my parents laundry. That has gotten better but there are still weeks that they forget.<br>There are so understaffed, but they keep moving more people in but don't hire more people.<br>The dining experience is more stressful the pleasurable.<br>The meal should not take 2 hours from start to finish and they are always running out of something, and the food is cold by the time you get it.<br>The food there so terrible that my father is losing weight, something a 89 year old should not be doing.<br>When you bring up your concerns all they say is they are working on it.<br>I will say the nursing staff do care about the people and overall the staff are very pleasant.<br>I would NOT recommend Harmony at Glasgow for your loved ones.

The Staff at this location is awesome Roxanne Wison goes above and beyond to make sure all residents have what they need. GREAT GREAT PLACE!!!

Stay away from Harmony at Glasgow.<br>They are severely understaffed and unorganized.<br>I have too many examples of poor patient care to list.<br>The director Tammy does not respond to emails for days, has no compassion for the residents.<br>Patient to aid ratio is 16-1 which is twice the recommended 8-1<br>They didn’t even notify us when my mothers unit flooded from the adjacent unit and simply installed<br>Very large fans and dehumidifiers that were extremely loud and expected my mother to sleep there and of course the director was no where to be found.
