My sister in-law started with aides from Comfort Keepers of Delaware in March and ended in May. I would have given 5 stars but we had bad experiences with coverage about 4 separate times with one of them being a last minute cancellation. They were able to straighten the scheduling out and things were much better. We fell in love with Lashie and Traci and would ask for them again if needed. The staff responded to emails in a timely manner and Jamie Byrd is a jewel. Thank you

We couldn't be more PLEASED! We used Comfort Keepers for our loved one for 3 months. The owner Jamie was very responsive to listening to our wants/needs in finding us a good fit and was a fabulous communicator. All staff were professional and caring. Special shout out to our long term aides, Taylor and Paige, who were compassionate, reliable, and personable. They genuinely cared for and engaged with our loved one. On occasion when substitutes were needed, we found them all to have these same wonderful qualities.

My husband lives in a memory care facility. While the care at the facility is excellent, we felt that we needed some extra help in the mornings. I was so fortunate to be referred to Comfort Keepers. From the first time I talked to Jamie Ramage, the administrator, I knew that we had found the right place. Jamie is so committed and thorough and has such a strong vision for what defines outstanding, consistent care. Martin, the aide she found for us, was the perfect match and a gift to, not only my husband, but to me and all our family. The quality and consistency of care we received was beyond any expectations. We are all so grateful to Comfort Keepers.

Highly recommended! We've used Comfort Keepers of Delaware twice over the last 12 months for both our parents. The caregivers are professional, kind, and incredibly reliable - one even recently arrived at the end of a snowstorm! After watching them work closely for several weeks, I was so impressed by their willingness to help in any manner they could and their genuine concern. I highly recommend them to any family seeking reliable, compassionate support.
