My family has worked with Comfort Keepers for many years to assist family members in need. This agency has consistently demonstrated the motivation to deliver quality care and find solutions to problems as the occur. The staff make an effort to understand the client and find a good fit with the caregiver. The staff's expertise, patience and honesty have been a great support.

This has to be the worst company to deal with. They were to do 24 hour service for my friend and they did not make it 36 hours before no one showed up. Then the next day the caregiver was 15 minutes late. The next caregiver was photographed sleeping 3 different days and when I terminated the contract they want to charge me for time that was not worked . They were also not to let my friend go up the stairs and the one picture shows him in his bed upstairs not made and with just a blanket on him. the caregiver was down stairs and when asked about watching him she stated that she checks him every hour. Do not do business with these people. They also were told not to withdraw funds and they did. Never give them you account number or you will be sorry.

Comfort Keepers terminated my services. I am a Medicaid client. Ian (the owner) does not find clients with less income beneficial. Please beware, the new owner does not care about his clients that are not very profitable to him.

We needed some help with my father after a total knee replacement. Comfort Keepers has done an amazing job helping him out with his daily needs at home. The staff at the office was professional and quick to respond and the caregivers have been wonderful. My father has been very happy with the services.
