My overall experience with H&S was one of total disappointment. I had CLS services with H&S. When I first started with the company, I was told that there was para transit services to go out into the community for leisure activities, in order for me to achieve some of my dreams and all of my goals. This was a huge let down and the farthest thing from the truth! There were always conflicts when it came to transportation due to lack of communication on their end. Workers would often get removed without notice from my case so that would leave me without a DSP worker, sometimes for days. Workers would complain about not getting paid at times, which was also apart of the reasoning of this. The communication line is absolutely the worst. A 24-hour line is available, but you may not receive a return call back until the next day or even days later. The Director/Owner does not do well with problem-solving, addressing issues, or supportive assistance. She is very unprofessional and rude. I do not recommend H & S Therapeutic to anyone. The one star is only for the great DSP workers that I did have.
