Apartments come in a variety of floor plans, including newly built studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom deluxe, two-bedroom/two-bath, and two-bedroom/two-bath deluxe options. Weekly housekeeping and linen service are provided, along with washers and dryers available on every wing. The community features emergency call systems, on-site transportation via luxury vans for shopping trips and excursions, and a full-service beauty salon and barber shop.

Located on the 36-acre Gurwin Campus surrounded by manicured gardens and landscaped walking paths, the community offers an outdoor setting with a shuffleboard deck, putting green, and LifeTrail exercise stations. Residents enjoy daily and varied recreation and social programs, a fully-equipped fitness center with a certified personal trainer, Tai Chi and Yoga classes, and an outdoor walking trail. Fine dining is a centerpiece of community life, with a kosher dining program and an on-site Kava Café offering light snacks and beverages.

While Jewish culture and traditions are an important part of the community, residents of all faiths and backgrounds are warmly welcomed. On-site Shabbat and holiday services are offered, and transportation is provided to various other religious services in the area.
