I have had several occasions to use Griswold Home Care and have never been disappointed! Karen always makes sure that a compatible caregiver is assigned and my Stepmother always enjoys the company while receiving excellent care!

We needed someone to give in home care very last minute and called a few different places. Griswold really jumped through some hoops to come through for us. Our LO needed 24/7 monitoring and I needed to be able to sleep. Our aide Nancy was amazing. So kind and patient in dealing with extreme agitation/aggression in terminal restlessness. 20/10 would recommend this company. Our contact point Karen went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and was super responsive in all communications.

Karen Vasser and her very capable staff have done an excellent job providing daily care for my elderly father the past several months. Our family would enthusiastically recommend Griswold to anyone searching for home care services. We've used other companies in the past and greatly appreciate how professional, conscientious, and reliable everyone at Griswold has been. I highly recommend Griswold Home Care. Karen V. is fantastic! She went above & beyond making arrangements for my father's care. She was in constant contact with me providing updates & reports from the caregivers sitting with my father. All the care he received was outstanding. Gave me peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. Special thank you to Michelle P. too! You are amazing. Thanks to all the wonderful care my father received he's on the road to recovery. If I ever need assistance again you can be sure I will be contacting Griswold Home Care. 💕🙏💕🙏

I have had a wonderful experience with Griswold Home Care. The time had come to bring my 85yr old mom with dementia and other health complications to live with me after a horrible experience at a local assisted living facility but as a single parent of five and working full-time I had no idea how I would balance it all. I had called a few in-home care providers and never received responses to my inquiries. Then I called Griswold Home Care and Karen Vassar responded immediately and was wonderful to work with. Upon meeting myself and my mom, Karen knew exactly the best Personal Care Aid for us. Elizabeth (Ellie) is absolutely wonderful! She is so pleasant and extremely patient! My mom really enjoys her company and talking with her. Ellie ensures that all of my mom's needs are met; mental, emotional and physical. I feel absolutely comfortable leaving my mom for the day while at work. Thank you Karen and Ellie!
