We have used Griswold services for two years and have been very happy with them. They have been easy to work with and flexibles with our needs. Griswold has sent us Carlos who has been my husband's weekly caregiver for several months now, and we are extremely happy with him. Griswold found the most marvelous caregiver for our 99 year old dad. T. is bright, pleasant, caring, and attentive - everything we could have hoped for. Many times, when I come over unannounced, T. and my dad are sitting at the dining room table, chatting and laughing. Who could ask for more?

We received caregiving services from Griswold for several months during stressful and difficult transitions for my dad, not the easiest of patients. The Griswold caregivers were beyond kind, patient and professional and we are forever grateful for each and every one of them. Happy to have used Griswold for our mother's care for over a year. Most of the caregivers from Griswold were kind and professional and we felt comfortable having them take care of our mother who has dementia. It is hard work. I would also like to add that the director, Erin, was always responsive to our questions and concerns. There are a lot of agencies out there (we have used many) and the experience with Griswold was superior in comparison.
