I highly recommend Griswold Home Care for Howard County, Maryland. They were vital in the care of my daughter, who is recently deceased. When I hired them, they came the next day to begin her care and took care of her until the end. Hope, Jennifer, blessed Amani, and other staff are outstanding. I highly recommend this company if home care is needed for a loved one. I shall always be grateful to them. They treat you as family always.

I haven't used Griswold's services directly, but Jeron and Hope kindly let me camp outside to paint the Thomas Isaac Log Cabin across the way. I got to chat with Hope for a minute and he's clearly very passionate about what they do and the history of their building. Great, friendly people here.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Griswold Home Care for the exceptional care and support provided to our parents. After speaking with Hope and explaining the challenges we had experienced with our previous home care company, he thoughtfully matched us with two Care Professionals who proved to be the perfect fit for both our parents and our family. Jennifer and Kimberlee quickly became trusted and valued members of our extended family. Their compassion, dedication, and attentiveness brought comfort not only to our parents but also to all of us during a difficult time. We are deeply appreciative of the kindness and professionalism they demonstrated while caring for our parents. With the recent passing of our father, our family’s needs have changed, and we have determined that it is necessary to move in a different direction regarding care services. This decision is in no way a reflection of the outstanding care we have received from Griswold Home Care and its caregivers. Jennifer and Kimberlee will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we will be forever grateful for the care, companionship, and support they provided to our parents. The care my mother received from all the staff was a bright spot during trying times. I am so appreciative for the exceptional grace, professionalism, and compassionate and personalized care she received from all the staff and our family by extension. It was a relief to have the weight of daily caregiving lifted from our shoulders, so that we could focus on being with our mother during her final months. The collaboration with hospice services was knowledgeable and seamless. Griswold staff capably shouldered the responsibility for maintaining a consistent schedule of caregivers, inventory of supplies and meals, phone and log book communication wtih us, in addition to all the extra niceties of bringing seasonal cheer into her home. The supervising staff were always in contact with us, visited on-site and made effective adjustments as needed, even late at night or early weekend mornings. I highly recommend their services to anyone considering Griswold.

I used to think I could handle everything. When my mom's Alzheimer's diagnosis came two years ago, I didn't hesitate to take care of her myself. But six months ago, my wife, brother, and I hit our breaking point. Between work, sleepless nights, doctors appointments, and the thousand other responsibilities pulling us in different directions, we were not doing all that great. That's when my neighbor mentioned that her mother-in-law was really happy with the people at Griswold. She handed me the pamphlet for Griswold Home Care and made a comment I'll never forget—that the owner's name was "Hope," which was exactly what I desperately needed at that moment. Now, three months later, I can confidently say that everything Hope promised has come true. We have both a weekday caregiver, Ashley, and a weekend caregiver, Lauren, and calling them exceptional would be an understatement. They've gone above and beyond in every possible way. I can't recommend them highly enough."
