My father had caregivers from Griswold 24 hours a day for about 4 months in his home. They provided excellent care. The caregivers treated my father with kindness and respect and utilized their extensive experience with elder care and with dementia to gently coax him into a good routine. He gained weight and his cognition improved under their care. The service was reliable and dependable. The nurses evaluating my father and creating the care plan were professional, highly competent and very good with problem solving and anticipating needs. My father's care plan was adjusted appropriately as his needs changed. I would highly recommend Griswold to others. I will utilize their services again if my father ends up back in Virginia.
