Any time we have called the front desk and spoken with the guy he has been EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional and has even hung up the phone without us being able to ask questions we have needed to ask. He should not be answering phones if he can’t be professional to the public.

If your family member has dementia or alzheimers, I would strongly recommend avoiding this "nursing home".

Well last November my mom Jacky Bullington was placed at Greenhurst. I'm her son James Kenney and my first impression of the nursing home when me and my mother toured was very clean. In some nursing you smell urine but not at Greenhurst. The staff was very helpful in explaining everything to me and mom. The only hard part was taking the tour and knowing that it would be my mom's last home.

On my visit there were ants all over the place. All overvthe floor and walls on the patients. And his eating try. This us a sad day when our precious loved ones have to live in such poor conditions. I hope this is an isolated incident. But ill be back real soon the check on this matter . if yoyr loved ones are in this facility. I would ask you to please check on them. In addition windows. Were dirty and a/c units was deplorably. Looking with dust covering the vents....jesus looks over our loved ones

My mother is a current resident at Greenhurst. She continually remarks; "I can't believe we have a place as nice as this in Charleston, Arkansas". The care she receives is excellent. She is continually checked on, given lots of hugs and fed excellent food(I've eaten with her and the food is good with lots of choices on the menu). The facility is owned and operated by the third generation of the same family and is locally owned and operated. I just can't say enough good about this place. Even though I live about 80 miles away there is no way I would move her because I know she is so well cared for. I will just drive often and have peace of mind when I am not there.
