They just hired a cna here named Peyton mondok and she DOES NOT DO CORRECT CARE ON RESIDENTS. She does not use a gait belt does not wash her hands regularly and talks so rudely about residents!!! She did this many times at past homes. She does not stay at one for long before she quits and moves somewhere else!!!

In less than 30 days: 86 year old mom fell to concrete floor (documented), an employee pilfered through mom's purse and personal items (documented), she was groped by another patient (documented), and then you dumped her out of your facility without any of her personal items, we had to send someone to retrieve them. You have a lot of room for improvement. You need to be audited.
