My dad was recently admitted here . He was on hospice and I understand that and his time was unknown but as soon as I went to eat outside I saw a hospice nurse rushed in "unknown this was her". I rushed eating then went back inside to see her and a worker standing over dad. They already was prepping him to pass and said he's almost gone. They inform me he's almost passed and no one had the time to come get me and none was rushing to save him. I will never be back here nore recommended them. I wish he had better care at the end of his time.

This place has wonderful and caring staff! They would give you the shirt off their back if they could. Debbie is an awesome and fantastic nurse who took care of my daddy for four years until he passed away this year. She is so compassionate and took care of him as if he was her own family. She also took care of my mom for rehab after back surgery and treated her with the same kindness and compassion. The cnas are great too! Jacklyn who oversees everything is so understanding and will answer any and every question you have. The whole staff is great: office, dietary, RNs, CNAs, physical therapists, etc. You will feel at home and your mind at ease knowing your family is being very well taken care of!

The residents in this facility are living in deplorable conditions. Doctors orders were not followed for my loved one. It was a horrible experience and we removed our loved one. There are facilities in our area that are clean, not filthy and gloomy, with competent nurses, aides and administration. Please find one of those facilities, not this one!
