We had a wonderful tour and experience with Maria Sapio. She was very thorough and helpful as we anticipate our future plans.<br>Green Ridge is set in a beautiful location with many amenities available to all .<br><br>We look forward to spending our twilight years in the beautiful confines in Green Ridge Village.

Our experience with Maria Sapio was phenomenal. We were there for a tour in April 2026 and were treated exceptionally well!<br>The cottages were very warm and inviting and it seems like a great place to live. Maria Sapio is a fantastic hostess who spent a lot of time with us to go over every aspect of the community in detail.

Although I’ve lived in the local area my entire life and knew the name Green Ridge Village, I had never checked it out until after retirement. My wife and I signed up for a Discovery Tour and learned what a hidden treasure the Village was located so close by. The beauty of the campus containing spacious cottages, lodges, and apartments along with the excellent 5 star dining experience and other amenities made the decision to move to Green Ridge an easy one. Throughout the whole move in process, Maria Sapio, Sales Director, helped us select and design our cottage, and guided us through each step of the move in process. Having lived here a year now Green Ridge Village has exceeded our expectations.
