What makes this senior citizen community nice is how well residence take care of their homes. But the management stinks. Poor at communicating, raise prices faithfully each year, leave construction debris laying around unsold properties for months at a time while the weeds grow up and the area looks unsightly, poor maintenance of common areas as in the pond that no longer is pleasant to look at. And common area landscape beds are only tended to because of the residence who pitch in<br>Went downhill since the former owners sold it

This community is my new home..moved in April 2024. Very nice modular home located in the country side minutes from Carlisle. Beautiful mountain views and friendly residents.

I went there for community Yard sale with my mom. the people were very friendly the everything is very clean And well kept. I even hope to go there or place like it when I retire. I love side story at the art sale I bought a paint spire look the guy in my number just in case they found the bottom part of it and a week later I got a call they found the bottom part of it. I'd have to say very good people. I was even one lady that gave away a couple of shirts Which my mom and I appreciated.
