Synergy is an excellent agency, and I cannot say enough good things about them. The caregivers are reliable, personable, and skilled. They accomodate schedule changes and the owner, Michelle, is very hands on. She even came to the house with the caregiver on the first day to introduce the person. I highly recommend Synergy
