Incredibly rude staff, they do not listen to a word you say. They practically whine when you ask them to do something for a patient. I asked one of the staff if they could shower my aunt because her hair was clumped up and smelled bad but they did not listen at all. They just walk around laughing not even caring who’s waiting for anybody they just ignore you or brush it off. Definitely needs new staff. Wish there was a 0 star button.

I am so pleased with all the staff here at Grand Villa. Very professional and a very clean facility. They have excellent care givers and their RN's and CNA’s are top notch.
