Rose View Terrace

Rose View Terrace is an affordable housing community for low-income seniors 62 and older located in downtown Clovis, California. The community consists of 60 one-bedroom apartments situated near the post office, banks, churches, and restaurants.

The community provides a service coordinator to help residents connect to community and medical services. Residents benefit from accommodations designed to support those with disabilities, and the community commits to reasonable accommodations in policies and physical spaces to ensure equal access.

Rose View Terrace welcomes common household pets and service or assistance animals. Pet owners are responsible for registration, inoculation, sanitary waste disposal, and restraint in common areas to maintain a safe living environment. Service animals are exempt from standard pet rules. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, and residents must sign a non-smoking agreement.
