THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMIDIATLEY MY TOP CONCERN: The call button for an attendant is broken!!! If my mom stops breathing or falls and cant get up on her own WHAT IS SHE SUPPOSED TO DO??? This has to be illegal. She tried calling to have the ac changed because it was 69°f in there. Only when we got there they were able to change it. Let the pictures speak for themselves. We dropped our mom off here and when we came to visit, black mold in the air conditioner. That's extremely dangerous no person should be breathing that in. The food is atrocious. Actual dog food and it smelled rancid. Silverware not properly washed and had a film of grease on it. Nothing is cleaned properly here as you can see. The staff was loud and rude. People yelling down the halls making it hard for my mom to sleep. Piles of trash in the bathroom because they never took it out. Pee stains on the walls that were never cleaned. This is no nursing center. This is a prison that you have to pay to leave your loved ones at.

My Sister has been sick for 2 months, since she has been at Golfview she has improved tremendously. They have a caring and friendly staff. The activities Director is special. She has so much to offer and reaches out to the residents treating them with kindness. Health care has suffered in the USA because of COVID and Golfview isn't different. I think they are trying to hire more staff and I think that will make the facility even better.

I spent 6 weeks at Golfview Healthcare. Golfview has been a God send to me!  They were positive, supportive & responsive to my needs. The staff is very well trained and helpful, many times going beyond the norm. The atmosphere is more like a family home than a hospital. The various departments within were all dedicated to getting me back into my life again. I want to thank the Staff and Administration for a enjoyable and successful stay during my recovery and rehabilitation. Sincerely, JJ
