If I could give no stars, that's exactly what this place would get! My sister has been there 2 days in the rehabs section and both mornings, she has been found in a soaking Wet soiled bed. She rings the call light either. They don't come, or they come and say they will be back.And never show up for hours And hours. She rang her call light at 1:15 pm today while I was there and an hour later, she still did not get the pain medicine that she asked for when she turned on her call light. When I found her soiled and in a mess, I demanded that they get her up and take her to the shower, they did not want to do that. They wanted to give her a wash off, and I absolutely refused. And I helped get her out of bed, and they took her to the shower. The shower took place at 10am and at 2 p m she was still sitting in the wheelchair, and nobody ever came to check or change her, or to lie her back down. My sister and I are both c n a's and have been for over fifty five years combined between the two of us.We put her back to bed and changed her before we left. I highly recommend that if you want a loved one to be cared for properly DO NOT TAKE THEM TO GLENWOOD REHABILITATION CENTER IN FLORENCE! my sister is in this rehab. Because she broke her ankle, and I specifically told NAMC that glenwood was not even an option for rehab, and they sent her there at 10 p m at night.Anyway..... I'm beyond disgusted with the enter situation!
