I never want to be there again . They wdnt let me have my very important meds after heart surgery without signing a paper saying I wdnt hold then responsible for anything done there . I wdnt put a dog in that place . I will say there was was cna by the name of Constance that was a wonderful person she went above an beyond...

I was there for rehab after knee replacement surgery. The therapist/rehab was great! They were compassionate, supportive and professional. However, except for a few, the nursing/care staff was borderline incompetent. I could spend an hour detailing my negative experiences, but I’ll summarize by telling you that I received the WRONG MEDICATION for several days.

This place is a nightmare. Don’t let your loved ones in there. They tried to get our loved one to sign over their life to united healthcare, failed to get them to medical appointments, let them leave without life saving medication, and refused to provide information to the family about home care. Furthermore, cash was stolen from their belongings, paperwork was improperly done, and they insulted us. A lawsuit may be in order.
