It’s never an easy decision to transfer a loved one to, 1) A Nursing Home, and 2) Transition your loved one on Hospice. The staff at Glenwood took amazing care of my mom. The Nursing staff was diligent on notifying me any changes, quick to the call light, addressing her comfort/needs, and gave me the support and love I needed during that time. Activities provided sensory devices, Social services coordinated care promptly and so so caring, Housekeeping was on top of cleaning, Maintenance was prompt to any need, and the Therapy staff are all top notch. I am forever grateful for this team. When I see my mom again, I know she will be thank me I trusted this facility to give her the best care. Thank you, all Glenwood Staff. Always in my heart! I know my mom is sending her love from Heaven to them all.

My mother needed an urgent transfer from acute rehab at St. John’s to a sub-acute rehab per insurance requirements and we were very thankful in getting Glenwood Care Center for continued rehab per assistance by our supportive friends. Glenwood facility is not only very close to our residence but is well run by very good professionals ranging from PT, OT, Speech therapy, Case Manager/Social Worker, RNs, LVNs, CNAs, dining facility, transport, etc. We appreciate all the medical support provided to my Mother.
