The team at Gianna Homes has been wonderful from our first contact as we explored options for care and every step of the way since. They have gone above and beyond while preparing for our loved one to transition to Gladys place, welcoming her with kindness and warmth, providing care that is person centered and individualized to her unique needs. Any question or request we have had has been answered quickly. We receive regular and comprehensive updates with details on how our loved one is doing. We are extremely grateful for the expertise and care provided by Kate, RN and the entire team. Our loved one is treated with dignigty, respect and compassioin. The team and the environment at Glady's Place allows our loved one to thrive, engage with others and contribute to the community all while honoring and respecting her individual choices and needs 24/7. Gianna homes is a role model for how memory support should be provided.

Gladys Place truly creates a home for the residents where they are part of a family. They go out of their way to get to know the residents and make them feel at home.<br>Staff is skillful, attentive and caring. Communication with family of the resident is also attentive and timely.<br>A nurse is onsite or readily available Monday thru Friday.<br>I highly recommend Gianna Homes - your loved one will thank you for choosing them!

I was there for my loved ones last day all 24 hours<br>. The place was dark, kind of creepy and the staff were not attentive al all. No other residents were actively doing things, everyone seemed to be quite and in wheelchairs.<br>It was not a beautiful and peaceful transition due to medication being given incorrectly. When it was finally given correctly, my love one passed quickly . I wouldn't put anyone I loved here. Creepy.

I have had two clients at Gladys Place and the care and compassion has been outstanding. Medications are administered in a timely manner and adjustments are made as needed. Nursing monitors the clients closely and communicates with the medical provide and me in a timely manner. Not only is the care outstanding, but my clients became part of a family while living there until the end of life. Also, my clients were always well groomed and clean. I am so grateful for the quality of life that my clients had at Gladys Place. Thank you to the outstanding staff.
