I would of gave it no stars actually. My father was brought there for rehab which they lied and said he wouldn't participate in therapy and needed a family member to help out. When I arrived to do so at the appointment time the therapist suddenly had a family emergency and they canceled it. They also sent paperwork to his insurance saying he wasn't participating. They stole items out of his room and left him there for hours without checking on him. I've been getting a bill ever since he passed away 3/29/24 for resident amount and he wasn't one. If I had to do all over again I would of never sent him there.

My Nana came to Gardner Heights in January of this year, when she was unable to live on her own anymore. She had a great connection with the staff and made many relationships with fellow residents. You could always find her in the halls talking to someone. I can’t thank the staff enough for the care they gave her from day one, through all her ups and downs and ultimately until she took her last breath last month. Special thanks to Michelle and Whitney for always going above and beyond, I am forever grateful!

From the presentation of driving into third parking lot is very small not only did I visually see the smallness nowhere for these clients to even walk outside the driveway is broken up. I feel like I’m on cobblestones The bathrooms are shared between two rooms two men on one side to female on the other side knock knock. I gotta go to the bathroom. There’s a guy on the other side in the bathroom of a female bathroom very disrespectful. I sure know how to dress and dress the affected arms, which obviously it was not and you have a broken arm. You dress that arm first and there goes the other arm that did not happen when I showed up to my mother‘s room. I don’t believe this is a 4.5 star rating and whoever rated this you need to really look out the building calling my mother names is not what I expected out of our nursing home as a nurses aid myself I would’ve been fired if I disrespected a client a patient like the way my mother was. I’m very disappointed in the nursing home. I would never ever send my mother to this home ever again

My husband was there from March 2022 until he died on Aug. 15, 2023. He could be very difficult but for the most part the aides were able to handle him with grace. The nurses were very good. Frank was well cared for and was changed and cleaned regularly. The nurses and aides were very pleasant. Hard to get a hold of people nights and weekends but you’ll find that at any nursing home. Overall I was very pleased with the care my husband received.

My mother has resided here for over 6 months now and I cannot express in words how happy we are with this facility. She has been a long term care patient for over a yr and a half and was at another facility prior to this one. I must say, without naming the other place there is no comparison. My mother is much more comfortable at Gardner heights. The staff there is very attentive from the administrative office down to the aides anytime we needed any kind of assistance someone was there to guide us or do anything that needed to be done to make sure her needs are being met. The therapists at this facility are amazing!! Before transferring her to Gardner heights I did a lot of research and visited many facilities over several weekends. This was the facility that attracted me the most. I am very pleased with my decision to have my mother cared for here and would highly recommend them.
