Freedom Village of Bellevue

Freedom Village of Bellevue is an active adult community in Bellevue, Nebraska, offering maintenance-free living for residents 55 and older. The community features 28 Garden Homes arranged in seven quad-plex residences and 28 private apartments in a modern secure building, all surrounding a central courtyard.

The Garden Homes range from 1,050 to 1,290 square feet and include one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans, each with a garage and in-unit washer and dryer. The apartments offer two floor plans of 845 and 900 square feet, also with washers and dryers included. All residences are rental units with one-year renewable leases.

Residents enjoy an amenity-rich lifestyle with a Clubhouse, fitness gym, dog park, fire pit, grills, games, and recreation areas. The community provides routine and 24-hour emergency maintenance, routine landscaping and snow removal, and residents have priority access to Freedom Village's continuum of health care services if needed. An AppFolio account allows residents to submit work orders and access neighborhood news.

Located off Harlan Drive near the heart of Bellevue, the community is close to stores, restaurants, churches, parks, lakes, and local attractions. A nature preserve is within five minutes of the community, and the neighborhood offers planned recreation programs and vibrant gathering spaces.

Pets are welcome at Freedom Village for an additional rental fee of $25 per pet, with a maximum of two pets permitted. Certain dog breeds are ineligible for residency.
