My name is Katrina and I like some things a real lot here. The food is really good sometimes. I love the all the activity here. I like the social group. I like nurse Rachel and all the nurses here. I like going out here because they have a lot of stuff to get out and do. They picked a perfect roommate for me. I like mostly Lanee . Dominique and Sheila the CNA and as a matter of fact there are a lot of Sheila's here besides the CNA and I like all of the sheilas. I like it because I can write it as an 8 sometimes at 9 and sometimes at 10.

But I truly must commend the exceptional care I receive everyday from your staff. Their professionalism, intuition, and compassion make a real difference during the time I get to hang my hat here. I enjoy my space in my room (especially because housekeeping and laundry departments take care of business), and really enjoy coming to the day room for activities - especially when Melinda is working because she's full of joyful fun, and she brings that to me and the other residents. In addition, Nurse Rachel is full of positive energy and so responsible with any kind of follow through, and it doesn't hurt that she's pretty.
I'm Resident Council VP so I hear the same stuff from lots of residents. Please extend my real thanks to them and everybody. Their actions mean I get the right care, but also reminds me of how these really cool professionals surround me each day and make it a good, fun, clean, interesting, and safe place for right now.

Resident Roger D

I would like to acknowledge ADON Callie, scheduler Cynthia, nurse Rachel, receptionist Sharon and Debbie for their top tier customer service, professionalism, knowledge, kindness and compassion. My mother has been a resident for over a decade and she has received excellent care. Specifically recently due to insurance issues her transportation coverage through BCBS did not go through. They made sure she still made her appointments !! Ladies continue using those excellent problem solving skills because my mother and POAs like myself are very appreciative !! Also thank you for your patience with me and keep up the great teamwork!!!
