When my father was hospitalized we were in over our heads. I didn’t know the system, my mom was doing everything she could, and we were losing time we didn’t have.<br>Michael got us in at Encompass rehab hospital when everyone was telling us it was t possible. He knew who to call, what they needed to hear, and how to keep it moving. Things that would’ve taken us weeks to figure out on our own he handled in days. He also pointed us toward options we didn’t even know existed.<br>He’s direct and he’ll tell you what he thinks whether you asked or not. For us that turned out to be exactly what the situation called for. I’d recommend him to anybody trying to get a parent through this system.

I had a great experience with Michael. He genuinely cared about my needs. The entire process was smooth, from scheduling to the appointment itself. They took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Michael was wonderful. As a Case Manager myself, I was struggling to navigate resources and the direction I needed to go to best assist my client. Michael provided me numbers, resources, and instructions in hopes of obtaining the best outcome with my client. Michael is very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind!

Michael Roberts was very helpful on the phone today - I was just calling for information and he gave me some advice and names and a path forward, even without being under contract with him.
