Really was disappointed in the visit here. I think both cleanliness & food appearance could be improved if the facility is wanting to have their resident's lives enriched.<br><br>Dust and dirt, cheap & dated decor.. these require little work and would make the facility look and feel leagues better.<br><br>Residents may be older, so the culinary team's efforts towards presentation may think it is acceptable, but the presentation I have seen is not what I would want, let alone what someone should receive, regardless of their age.<br><br>I hope for the residents that these matters are held highly.

I've have stayed with Arbor Oaks a few years and absolutely loved it..But the receptionist that they have now is very rude and I've seen many of them come and go..The property manager is very nice and a Peach..I had to call several times just to get a response she says she was on lunch I guess her lunch was all day.I also called before I got there..Still no answer!! She so unpleasant to talk to.

If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be cared for like family, this is it! The care and compassion starts at the top with Executive Director Kelly O’Sullivan and runs through the entire staff. My mom has lived in AO for 2 years and we can rest easy knowing she is safe. They have lots of activities and entertainment to keep life interesting for her and her apartment is very nice. We looked at several places and this one felt like home! Thanks to all the AO staff for your kindness to mom and our family.

My parents recently moved into Arbor Oaks at Tyrone and we have found there is a long list of positives in a very short time. The care and hard work of all the staff is exceptional! The executive director, Kelly O'Sullivan has done an outstanding job of taking care of all details. She has been patient, caring and knowledgeable in all aspects throughout our move. The facility is kept clean, kitchen service and food are great, tons of activities and entire staff is upbeat and pleasant. We are very fortunate to have found this facility!
