Our mother who is 93 just completed a less than a month respite care stay at Menorah Life while I was away. She was well taken care of, and the staff is attentive, kind and responsive to the patient's needs. Menorah Life is a really nice, clean and pleasant facility. I highly recommend and would definitely have them care for our mother in the future.

I was delivering food to a patient there and encountered a woman at the front desk named Meg. The customer was on the phone with me to try and help me find the room and she wouldn’t let me deliver it to the room. That is fine because it’s probably very secure, but she was extremely rude to me and to the patient while I was on the phone with him she expressed in a very nasty manner that they are there to take care of him and not deliver food and he did not order food again. I deliver to a lot of places and I am in contact with a lot of people in different circumstances and I would never recommend anyone in my family to go to this establishment based on the encounter I had with this woman named Meg at the front desk. She wanted me to tell him that it wasn’t her job or the nurses job to deliver food. I told her that’s what I was there to do. She said that is unacceptable. She is possibly the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in any sort of healthcare environment.

I absolutely love it here at Menorah Manor, they are truly a one of a kind, not for profit facility. From the board members, to the management, to the staff, they have the patients best interest at heart. Menorah Manor is the cleanest and most well kept facility I have been in and their activity department is simply FANTASTIC!!

I am a member of the Menorah Manor Board and have been an active member for many years. I am so proud to be involved with this wonderful organization. They care about their employees, staff, residents and volunteers. I would not hesitate to have my family and friends reside here if they needed this support.

It is wonderful to see a rehabilitation center & nursing home where everyone actually cares about the residents. I am a family member of a previous resident and an employee. I wouldn't let my family go anywhere else but Menorah Manor! We are lucky to have Menorah in our community.
