Sent my loved one there for rehabilitation and he ended up really needing long term care. The transition was so smooth and he was able to stay put. Team was nice and always was welcoming when coming in the door.

Don’t go buy what u seen online. This building really looks good on inside. Therapy team is very awesome. My admissions process was very smooth. You can tell the staff really cares.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My grandfather is in this facility currently. We have tried reaching out to the SW for questions especially because we live out of state. I work in home health so I understand the role of a SW and this woman needs a new job. She has no answering machine so cannot leave a message and she never answers her phone. We e-mailed since we couldn't leave a message and no return e-mails. We finally got an e-mail today that stated we needed to figure out what the plan was for my grandfather to discharge which we didn't even know it was close to him to discharge since we cannot get a hold of anyone for information. She then called to say she got the email but didn't answer because she had already given us the answer, which she did not as we haven't spoken to her and was also told by her it isn't her job to help us out to find a facility in our state or transportation from FL to our state. Which 100% that is the job of a SW. Not sure who I can report this facility to but I will be reporting for how poorly it is ran. Also SW at my job is reporting this SW for neglect. Oh also the director doesn't take calls you must e-mail her too which she never emails back. What a joke!

This experience was so disappointing. The workers would give a good impression if guest or family were there. They do not believe that they need to give personal recognition or care outside of what is needed. I was actually told that when I asked if they could use her first name, because she had dementia and recognized her first name. They said no. They do not even look their patients in the eyes, and do not engage in conversation. My mom declined so quickly and said she was embarrassed to even need their help. Even the therapy specialist told me in confidence that I need to get her out of that facility. The aids were stealing and it was obvious that some really didn’t have a heart for their jobs. My mother had a cellphone and would call me. One day she had me on the phone, when a nurse aid came in and yelled at her to “shut up”, because my mom would ring for help. She did not know I was on the line. It’s just a memory that stays with you.
