Moved my dad from an undesirable facility and Dolphin Pointe is amazing. Laura Macdonald took care of all the paperwork and made the move easy and RN Stephanie is an angel and you can see she cares goes above and beyond. I am so glad my dad is here now Thank you all staff for making this transition easier on my family and especially my dad.

I had a very good stay at Dolphin point. The staff and therapists were great .The only thing I didn't like was the food. Too many fried food and carbs. Lack of fresh vegetables and fruit..

Care was excellent. All of the staff were helpful and caring. I was very impressed with the class that took care of me. Therapy was great and is now allowing me to go home.

Inspite of all the bumps in the road I was willing to give D.P.H.C the benafit of doubt. However when they sent my mom home talking out her head and dehydrated. That was it my mom electrolytes was low too low and I kept asking did my mom seem OK. I was told your mom is fine just fine. The same day they discharge her we had to send her out on the ambulance. She came home at 2:00 and was going by ambulance by 2:30. They did know labs and I could tell some of them didn't care one way are the other. I am never sending my mom back to anyone's rehab ever again.

I walked in unsure, but left with the best experience I’ve had in months. The staff at Dolphin Pointe Health Care, especially Mr. Kallen, were incredibly supportive and friendly, and the facility was spotless and well organized. From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed, and the physical therapy team helped me feel confident and motivated. The nurses were attentive and kind. I highly recommend this center for anyone looking for a clean, caring environment where you truly feel taken care of.
